All three mobile phone operators continued to enjoy strong subscriber growth in the first three months of the year, collectively adding just under a million users to reach 20.51 million as at end-March.

It has tied up with property developer, Asia Pacific Land Bhd (AP Land) and Internet service provider, BTP Wireless Sdn Bhd, to provide wireless broadband services at AP Land’s Bandar Tasik Puteri township development.
According to the Ministry, the student-to-computer ratio in most of the smart schools in 2:1. “97% of these schools are also equipped with broadband Internet connections,” a spokesman for the Ministry said.
